Grannus asked us to organize an activity that would increase the influx of people into the store and participate in the activities organized for Christmas.
Smart Eventi proposal
For the occasion, Smart Eventi designed the graphics, flyers, entertainment activities with Santa Claus and organized the flyers distribution outside the store.
The Event took place on two specific days Saturday and Sunday, in the store there was "Santa Claus" who invited families, children and teenagers who actively participated to enter the room by writing their letters to be delivered directly to Santa Claus who eventually released an elven certificate and a bag of biscuits signed by Grannus.
The event was attended by many people, both adults and children, who on the occasion also bought pastry products inside the venue.
Results
The event had great results, many people took part to the organized activities and these increased the shop influx, Grannus staff interacted activating the event with a lot of positivity and energy. The customer was also very satisfied with the management of the pre and post event in the various social channels.
