Team Building "Drum Circle"
The Geberit Group, european leader in sanitarian products sector, has 30 production factories and 2 of them are in Italy: one in Gaeta, and one in the province of Rovigo.
The client asked for our help, Smart Eventi's, amongst all the italian agencies, to design and organize their event oriented to the productive sector of the Gaeta's factory.
The meeting saw a first part of workshop and a second one of Drum Circle team building, with which we pulled out all the 300 employees' energy and joy, with the rhytm of drums and maracas.
But the event was not just about fun, what emerged from the activity has been the importance of a rhytmical and organized comunication necessary for such a numerous group where the single person has a fundamental role for the team cohesion.
The client and the hosts were satisfied of our organization, evaluating finally the event a great success.
