Organizing a team building that involved the families of employees
We were contacted by Rancilio Group for the realization of a team building involving employees and their families.
For 100 years the company has managed to distinguish itself in the production of coffee machines starting from what was a simple workshop, becoming an international leader in the sector. This not only for highly professional products, but also for having united the stories, the intuitions, the entrepreneurial dreams of men who led to the development of technological innovations and patents, creating a myth for almost 100 years.

Olympic Games to engage the whole family
Considering the importance that the company reserves for its employees by organizing an ad hoc family day every year, we could not fail to meet the demand, and so we decided to propose our version of games without frontiers.
We took advantage of the large lawn that surrounds the company by setting up 12 for 12 teams, taking inspiration from the famous TV program and proposing classic challenge and performance activities (volleyball, tug of war, dodgeball ...), adding our personal and inevitable touch with shooting with the arch, human table football, water games, and bicycle relays, magic show and make-up for children workstation.
As a grand finale, a moment of Olimpic Game with a final water balloon.
All this is always under the strict supervision of the Health Assistance service guaranteed by us.
Results Achieved
Satisfy customer demand by being able to handle a particularly large number of people
We were able to manage a high number of presences between adults and children, without forgetting the customer's requests by offering them personalized service.
The space was exploited to the maximum, always enhancing it in the name of safety, with particularly positive results from all participants (young and old).
