The company 908 Devices asked us for its employees coming from all over the world to organize a team building on the occasion of a business meeting in Rome, the first occasion to meet each other after a long time spent apart due to the pandemic.
Smart Eventi proposal
Smart Eventi organized a Treasure Hunt as a Team Building activity for 908 Devices employees in order to offer a pleasent day, increase team spirit and in the meantime get to know the city they are in. The activity held in the historic center of Rome and participants, equipped with Ipads, challenged each other in various tests positioned in strategic points of the city such as: taking pictures in perspective, answering quizzes, shooting videos and solving puzzles to carry out their mission: " conquer Rome ". The day ended with a pizza all together and watching the video edited with photos and clips shot by the teams during the activity. It was a very fun and strong moment of union.
Results
Smart Eventi has been of fundamental support for the customer and has created a perfect activity for team building. The activity created synergy between colleagues and brought an atmosphere of celebration and complicity between people, increasing their awareness in the group and giving all participants the opportunity to experience the city.
